Terms of Use

Jury Day is an optional companion for your jury service — the court’s instructions always come first.

Last updated June 25, 2026

What Jury Day is

Jury Day is a free, optional app provided by Neua Labs LLC to help you pass the time while you wait during jury service. It is not operated by the court, is not official court communication, and does not provide legal advice.

The court comes first

Always follow your actual summons, the court’s instructions, and your bailiff. If anything in Jury Day ever conflicts with what the court tells you, the court is correct — times, locations, and schedules shown here are a helpful guide, not an authority.

Never discuss the case

Do not discuss your case — in Jury Day, at lunch, online, or anywhere else — until the court tells you it’s permitted. Jury Day has no case features by design; please keep everything here to puzzles, lunch, and small talk.

Be a good neighbor

Shared spaces — jury rooms, handles, and recommendations — are for friendly, case-free fun. Don’t harass others, share someone else’s personal information, impersonate court staff, or misuse the app. We may limit access that disrupts other jurors.

Connecting with other jurors

Sharing a contact card and keeping in touch with your panel is entirely optional and case-free. Share only your own contact details, and treat any contacts other jurors share with you with care — don’t pass them on or use them for anything they didn’t agree to. You can block or report a juror, and your court may turn contact exchange off. Jury Day has no messaging by design.

Information may change

Venue hours, parking, transit, court schedules, and judge rosters change over time, and “Court picks” are suggestions rather than endorsements. Confirm details with the venue or the court before relying on them.

Provided “as is”

Jury Day is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neua Labs LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
