We want every juror to be able to use Jury Day. Here’s where we stand and how to reach us.

Our commitment
Neua Labs LLC is committed to making Jury Day usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the spirit of Section 508.
What we’ve built in
- Semantic HTML with ARIA roles and labels on interactive controls.
- Full keyboard operability, with visible focus and focus management inside dialogs.
- A “skip to main content” link on every screen.
- A dark theme, scalable text, and a color palette chosen for legible contrast.
- Plain, jargon-light language throughout.
Ongoing work & known limitations
We run automated accessibility checks as part of our process and keep improving. Some areas — such as interactive maps and third-party content — may still have gaps with certain assistive technologies. If something doesn’t work for you, please tell us; reports directly shape our fixes.
Accommodations for your jury service
For accommodations related to your actual jury service — interpreters, ADA needs at the courthouse, or any in-person assistance — please contact the court directly using the number on your summons. The court arranges in-person accommodations; Jury Day cannot.
